OCCK fails to pick up my wife for dialysis constantly. We've been up since 4am to make sure she is in her chair by 5:40am and they're a no show again

Great company. The eh rating is for a few of the drivers who feel it is appropriate to announce bathroom breaks(such and such "is taking a pitstop" or such and such "is stepping off for a pitstop"). It is very unprofessional and not something I care to hear about nor is it something they should announce over the radio. It's gross. Personal stuff needs to stay personal which includes going to the bathroom. All they need to say is they will be stepping off or are 10-7.
Needs to study more about service, polite, shouldn't blame others, needs show more curtiousy to all passengers. Even ones asking ? Not riding.
If it wasn't for occk drivers I wouldn't be going to Dr appointment or anywhere else. They are very polite...... So Thank Everyone Who Works There.
