I do not recommend this therapy clinic due to their deceptive practices regarding co-pays and insurance costs. Before confirming my appointment, I repeatedly asked if they could provide an estimated cost I would need to pay. They assured me that they would have the information ready when I arrived. However, when I got to the appointment, they didn’t have the information and claimed they could only provide it after my session. After the 15-minute appointment, they still couldn’t give me an answer and said they would call me later. When they finally called, I was shocked to learn I owed $300. If I had known the cost upfront, I would have considered other options. Their lack of transparency and poor communication made for a very frustrating experience.
