The nurse NEVER answers the phone. What could she be doing? It's not like she's doing bedside nursing in a busy hospital! If you don't like speaking to customers find another job!

Hard to get hold of doctors and very slow referrals

Neither the website nor any of the links work, not really any way to run a business. Open 24 hours but no one can reach them

My children and I both go here. These people have gotta us thru some rough times. After going here for couple years the people at the front desk have come like family. They make you smile and they genuinely care about and the clients they meet. Now it is bit of a wait time but you have the option to do your appointment from the comfort of your own home. It is only two people working the front desk . They are checking people in and out, doing covid screening before opening the door, printing out paperwork and making new appointments,so be mindful that they are not away free to answer the phone so always leave a message and if you are to impatient to wait for them to call you back just come on down and then get you taken care of.

They don't pick up the phone and they don't call you back. Every time I need to get in contact with them, I need to call several times a week. And if I'm lucky, I'll get a call back by the end of the week. But oftentimes I don't. This is unacceptable for a medical practitioner. Especially when it's about something as serious as medication. And I definitely shouldn't need to make an appointment in place of a phone call. Literally a 5 minute phone call with my doctor was what I needed. It took them two weeks to finally get back to me, and then they just made me an appointment to talk to her instead of just having her call me. They're unreachable, an absolute nightmare to get ahold of. Don't recommend. Note: what other reviews are saying about the wait time is 100% true. I don't know how they're already behind by 8:30am but they are. What's the point of making an appointment if we can't be seen at our scheduled appointment times? Why am I waiting 45-60 mins in the lobby for a 15 minute appointment?

cannot keep scheduled appointments despite rigid late policy for clients, cannot provide a safe waiting area. you would think with how embedded OIC has become in Rocky Mount that maybe they could provide better services to its people.
