I called yesterday to inquire about canceling for today because the weather was going to be bad they told me it would count against me if i didn’t come so i told them okay i’ll be there and i’ll call in the morning if i decide not to come. well i show up today and they had cancelled my appointment! i also left a message asking someone to call me back to ask questions they didn’t call me back but assumed i canceled no where in my message did i say i was canceling i wanted to ask questions and still called back after the message and spoke to someone. why would you cancel my appointment just because you feel like it! and to top it off the lady at the front looked at me like it was my fault no it’s your fault for not paying attention to what i said. i take time off from work for these appointments and now my child is missing out because you can’t listen or call to confirm if you were unsure!

OPTC was an absolute blessing for our family. They made scheduling easy, treated us with genuine kindness, and most importantly, delivered results. “Mrs. Ellen” was patient, encouraging, and incredibly effective—our daughter made tremendous progress in such a short time. I’m writing this now because after moving and experiencing the challenges of finding new speech therapy for our 4-year-old, it became clear just how fortunate we were to start with OPTC. The difference in care and quality has been night and day. I would recommend OPTC above anyone else in Oklahoma City—they set the standard for compassion, professionalism, and results.

My husband and I had an amazing experience here for our daughter’s evaluation. Dr. Kristen Clevenger is very knowledgeable and thorough, and she did a great job of explaining all aspects of the evaluation process as well as testing results. We also appreciated her obvious passion for her profession, which was refreshing and encouraging for us. We highly recommend!

So far pretty unprofessional. Been calling for about a week now but getting only voice-mail and no calls back

They are awesome. My son has autism it gets loud In the waiting area. It was to much for my son so they alway let him wait in the hallway. They are always nice and waiting area is very kid friendly.

Heather at the front desk was completely unprofessional.

My son loved going to speech therapy! He wouldn't have been able to acheive his goals without Ms. Zuri Holder! The love, dedication and compassion she shared with us was remarkable. May God continue to bless you and this company with future endeavors!
