I enjoyed my therapist but the communication with this business is horrible. They never explain what they are billing for and why. Years ago when I started they told me I was covered and then charged me multiple times over $100. I went back (mistake) a year or two later, finished a year of therapy and then they charged me $125 randomly two months after my last session. No heads up, no explanation or reasoning given. Incredibly unprofessional. I recommend looking for a group practice that has a receptionist or someone that actually answers questions and is efficient at their job.
