Oliver Winston Behavioral Urgent Care

Never picks up the phone after they prescribed me half of my meds. Now I’m out of my insomnia meds and am going to lose my job since I can’t function on no sleep .

Having to deal with this clinic because I require medications for ADHA and take 2 prescriptions for over 2-2 1/2 yrs. So y did this doctor only call in 1 of them🙄🤷‍♀️

I did not have a good experience here. After texting an employee multiple times and on multiple occasions she would not reply or get back in touch with me in regards to important things such as appointments.

The staff is nice, but not very proactive. I had to reach out to them a week after my intake as nobody contacted me. The doctor wouldn't prescribe an urgent medication for me, which is his prerogative as a provider. The staff never notified me and I was unwittingly taking a medication that I should have been tapering for safety. This is dangerous.

I strongly advise against using this place. I went to them for a referral, and the next several months were as follows: 1-First they referred me to a place that doesn't take my insurance. 2-When I let them know they referred me elsewhere...to ANOTHER place that doesn't take my insurance. 3-Called the front desk, asked them to let the person I'd been working with know what had happened. 4-Several weeks pass, no word. I call back, leave a message. No response. Then the holidays and I have no time to deal with it. 5-I get a call from them after the holidays, "Oh, just following up to see how you're doing with your new therapist!

This place is amazing. Long story short my old provider left, they didn't let me know, I couldn't get in to get a refill for months and was going to have to stop 5 medication cold turkey. My husband was scrambling trying to get me in somewhere. He found this place and all I can say is wow! They got me in the next day. Everyone I came in contact with was so incredibly nice. I came in and got all my paperwork done and explained my situation. They had me come back the next day and talk to the med provider. They filled all my medicines I needed (not controlled) that day! They also had a lovely lady ask me all about my preferences and went to work on finding me a permanent provider. She said if I don't click with the first she'd be happy to find someone else. I was also told if I needed another months refill I could come back. They literally saved my life. I wish they were a permanent provider. They also took my Medicaid. Thank you so much!! The front desk staff are the best! I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with Oliver Winston. Though they are a temporary, I have said this many-a-time, “I wish it were permanent care”. In the interim, however, I will just be in the moment and appreciate what good works come out of this company. Thank you Oliver Winston❣️

They will get you seen quickly and help you get connected with services that will excel your treatment even further. I feel so lucky that this urgent care service is available. While I'm still at the start of my mental health journey, I feel so confident that I am on the right track and finally getting the help I've needed all along.
