My son's service coordinator Khaled was very professional and reliable. He consistently communicated clearly, followed through on commitments and ensured reports and requests were done efficiently and accurately. His proactive approach made a big difference for our family.

I would like to thank OMNI center and specifically our SEIT Ms Samila for everything that they do for my son Oliver. OMNI found the best match for him and he loves his teacher very much. She is very kind and sweet. Samila was so helpful and supportive during the whole year. She made Oliver feel comfortable and it was very important for us. I wanted him to have a person who could give him more attention, love, care and understand his feelings and it was our SEIT. She answered all my questions and satisfied any of my concerns. Ms Samila made a big impact on his social and emotional development. She taught him how to communicate with his peers, how to deal with frustration, how to follow teachers instructions. My experience has been terrible. I find the behavior to be rude, unethical, and consistently unacceptable. Maham Mallick, my coordinator, has been particularly disappointing in her role. She has given me a hard time. She takes out her stress and anger on parents

Quick to respond in a professional manner

The waiting area is by the elevator it's so cold ,meanwhile employees are toasty warm. Kids and adults are extremely cold.

Improperly trained staff, rude receptionist could not understand how to handle tricare reserve select health plan. After speaking to a tricare representative who explained the health plan to the receptionist and ran the codes to verify no referral was needed, the representative told me to look elsewhere to have my child seen by a doctor. Do not bother with this place if you have tricare reserve select, and if you have any other insurance I’d look at other options considering how rude the staff could be in audiology.
