PT can be scary. I had all these thoughts of a drill Sargent yelling to get moving, keep it up etc. Nope. Grant is more patient with me than I am with myself. Hes an amazing and kind coach/therapist
I've only been to OPA once so far but I was impressed. I didn't expect for much to happen on the first appointment but I was wrong. The physical therapist, Laura Culp Elliot, asked good questions, did some physical range of motion checks, and then proceeded to make the pain disappear. All Without any discomfort or pain to me. I'm looking forward to seeing how a pain-free life can be. Thank you OPA!
Michelle is amazing. She's been my PT for years. I had a reverse shoulder replacement four years ago and that was when I first met Michelle. My husband entered glory in the middle of PT. Michelle was such an encouragement to me. She's fun to visit with as she gets whatever part of me that needs PT up and running again. The front desk staff are friendly and efficient. OPA is my go to for PT.
Dr. Elliott was instrumental in my recovery from total knee replacement. I found her to be professional, knowledgeable and always willing to answer questions and address concerns. Would have no problem recommending her.
Laura listens to all questions and explains what each exercises are for. She knows just where to apply pressure or a massage if your hurting. Happy, kind, caring, and courteous.
