As our sessions have began my wife and I have been better communicating and I learned how to communicate my feelings and better understand her emotions and appreciation for her needs

She made me feel very comfortable even though I was rambling and she was also very patient with my little one that was super busy during our session. 😅 I am looking forward to working with her more.

I feel welcome and safe when i visit his office. All of his staff have been great when I have talked to them. Visiting Josh is new for me, i know i have to do some work which i know ultimately will be to my benifit.

Jessica and her boss, Josh, took the time to explain their therapeutic process to me so I understood what I could expect and that I wasn't wasting my time and money. They gave me a binder full of info and homework to work through, and took the time to really understand what I wanted out of therapy, and what I needed. I've been going for almost two months, and I can say that I've been very impressed. I've seen counselors who don't seem to be a good fit for me and it turns into a waste of time, or they don't have a clear process. I'm grateful this has not been my experience at Open Door. Truly, they've been terrific.

Would leave zero stars if I could. Let me just say this place is a joke and very unprofessional the nurse Jennifer wanted to argue about where I go to pick my meds up I been getting my meds send to both Isco pharmacy’s and the receptionist Lindsey is extremely rude and unprofessional as well not to mention they never know how to pick up a phone can never speak to dr parmley personally when I asked to numerous times for going here for about 2-3 years now and being treated the way I have been I will be switching doctors unbelievable!!!!!

It starts off fine but honestly this place feels off. The waiting room always seemed super cliquey and cold. Like if you didn't share their faith you didn't belong there. I went here for a few months then never heard from them again about my next therapy appointment and this was after we'd established the fact I have abandonment trauma. Super weird, unprofessional, and borderline cult like behavior. Don't go here.

Heather is very personable and easy to talk to. My wife and I have found our time with her very insightful and would like to thank her for being incredibly flexible with her schedule. Thanks again for Opening some Doors for us ;)
