This is not a review of the organization’s mission and purpose, but more so of how they (specifically their 3rd party drivers) handle the pick-ups and drop-offs, especially since the school is located in a public residential neighborhood. Everyday from around 8:30-9:30 & 2:30-3:30, a bunch of drivers in transportation vans drop off and pickup students. They are always super loud, idling their engines and backing up their vans (which make the loud beeping noise each time they back up). It’s obnoxious and they do it almost every day. I live across the street and work from home, so I constantly have to close my windows or go to a different room during meetings because of this. I’ve talked to some of my neighbors and they say the same thing and are getting frustrated with them as well. The school needs to do something about this soon otherwise it will be escalated with the city of Waltham.
Great staff and supportive community.
Staff is great!!!!
I originally thought this place was great as the staff were friendly and very nice, however, DR. Rubin refused to accept his admission ( after first allowing him to be accepted ) , that being my autistic son because she ( DR. Rubin) stated he was prescribed a rescue inhaler, and her staff were not properly trained ( MAP CERTIFICATION). This she did after transportation by Mart was already approved. I am Glad DR. Rubin Is no longer Employed @ this agency because she discriminated against my son due to his disability, did not have proper training for staff, and VIOLATED THE FEDERAL ADA LAWS ! I HOPE FOR A FEDERAL AUDIT !
