Optimae Behavioral Health Services

I’ve been with Optimae for 6 years. I’ve moved away and came back to them at least 3 times. They’re caring, honest, understanding, and kind. They accept me in whatever phase of life I’m in, and have supported me and taught me throughout my mental health struggles.

Ending my care here after trying a few therapists. My recent one disregarded me after I said I was considering suicide and continued to tell me how a Native American woman told her that she had an "old soul"... They will not take you seriously and be an advocate for you or your mental health. Never asked any clinical questions to ensure my safety. The therapist will tell you how you feel instead of you yourself telling them, interrupt you, and will give their own negative opinions about sensitive topics such as your personal religion or beliefs. They also do not send out any statements telling you what you owe, how much your visits are, or give you copies of your signed documents.

My mom been going here for years and she is very distraught and disappointed and disgusted about the services not to mention they will deny your disabilities and treat you like trash and they won't even acknowledge you mess up your medication and mental health

I made a phone call at 9:50 AM on May 5th 2005, and the lady that answered the phone was very, very rude and hung up on me.

I’ve been a mental health client as of 2019 and I can say that I have honestly had some of the best therapist and medication providers that I’ve ever had. No matter what problems or issues I’m facing, I have received quality care

I have been going here for anger management therapy in 2017 and started psych around a year later. Would not recommend the place as the secretaries try and argue with you when a person has evidence of not being informed by mail with emails from the USPS alongside when you call to get something mailed to update paperwork as they needed it to get you your meds filled. It's been a week since the call and no paperwork showed up so it could be filled out and returned. If anyone has things mental health wise to get treated i would stay away from this place and find a competent place that will make sure to keep constant communication and not by saying they sent mail for months when they don't realize people may have emails telling them what gets delivered and they think you have no idea on how things should work

Full of good people, you’ll always feel at ease when you come here. Probably the best office I have ever been to.
