Optimal Therapy Lake Mead

Optimal Therapy not only helped me through rehab of my back injury, but also taught me how to prevent back injuries through stretching and building and engaging my core strength. I’m glad my PCP referred me to them and I highly recommend them if you’re ever in need of physical therapy. Shout out to Tim, Percy, Raden, Ernie, and Lauren. You all had a part in my recovery and I can’t thank you all enough!

The physical therapy team at Optimal Therapy on Lake Mead parkway did a great job of helping me deal with two unrelated physical problems: pain in my back when I stood still for more than a few minutes, and an ankle that collapsed a couple of times. Two different doctors prescribed physical therapy for my two problems, and Optimal Therapy folks did a great job of balancing the time to treat one problem thoroughly before starting treatment for the next. They did thorough diagnostics to determine my physical strengths and weaknesses, and offered me a combination of exercises to do at home and a wider set of exercises to do multiple times a week at their facility, with their supervision and coaching. Their treatment was successful, and I continue to do the home exercises they prescribed to keep my physical condition good. I would not hesitate to use their services again in the future if needed, and I would unequivocally recommend them to others needing physical therapy.

The techs here are amazing. Percy Rayden and Dominick are awesome. The vibe here is a safe space to just feel seen heard and working towards the same goals. Great job you guys thanks for even the small talks.

My son was referred here for physical therapy after being diagnosed with AMPS. They are wonderful! All of them! Lauren at the front desk is an absolute gem! She is friendly and very helpful! Percy put my son at ease and they bonded instantly. The initial evaluation was very thorough and we left with a game plan set. Since my son started attending PT here he has been able to be more active and he looks forward to his weekly appointments. Facility is clean and Percy is thorough in what he explains and advises. Will only use this place from now on for our PT needs.

My experience with Optimal Therapy at Lake Mead was so terrific after my first total knee replacement, I returned again following my second knee replacement surgery. Tim (who set up my physical therapy program), Cecilia and Jameson were always fun to work with and dedicated to my recovery. Lauren the front office Care Coordinator is great working with your insurance and appointments. I highly recommend this group!

My experience at this facility has been amazing! I came here seeking relief for a lingering foot injury and the treatment I received over the last few months has been so helpful. Percy and Tim were thorough in their exams and provided a treatment plan specific to my needs. Jameson and Lauren always made me feel welcome and were helpful over the months.
