The quality of staffing is stellar. Everyone is is really friendly, genuinely concerned about the patients and very qualified. I appreciate how they all work together. They provide a fun, positive environment for the patients. They actually make the sometimes not so pleasant experience a positive one, filled with laughter and smiles. I recommend Optimum Health and Wellness to anyone needing therapy. They have traveling therapists and they were all excellent! It was like the next one picked up where the other left off; a real team effort. At one point, I was told by my surgeon, I had two weeks to get my arm up higher or get another surgery to keep my shoulder from freezing. I was given eight sessions, but it only took five to pass my surgeons approval. I was discharged today with excellent progress.

I am so grateful for the team at Optimum Health and Wellness. I had my ACL reconstructed a couple years ago and without the great care from my physical therapist, I would not be where I am now (I played hockey on the ice today). He was attuned to my needs and what it would take to be able to do the outdoor activities I love doing. Within 5-6 months of my surgery I was hiking mountains again and able to run. The environment at Optimum is always warm and inviting. Would highly recommend going through them for any sort of PT.

The best review is a longitudinal one! I came in 4 years ago after seeing a specialist elsewhere who suggested surgery on my dislocated knee to prevent it from re-dislocating like it had so many times before. I cannot remember the name of the man who helped me for months to recover and strengthen my knee. But I still use those exercises to keep my knee strong. I don’t foresee my knee giving out any time soon, thanks Optimum! You gave me back my hiking adventures and confidence in my next step.
