My therapist told me that 5 people were going on paternity leave and booked me a month out. A week before the visit was scheduled, I got a cancellation text. It simply said that he was going to be out of the office so my appointment was canceled. There wasn't any follow up or suggestion to reschedule. I won't be going back.

The lady at the front desk was rude and mocking people behind her clear plastic desk sheild. I dont recommend going here unless you want to be made fun of for trying to get the help you need. You really need to get a new staff. The guy was nice atleast.

Mala was my dr before a new dr came into the office. Mala was super rude regarding the issue with my back which is I have severe degenerative disc disease and Thematic spin curve. I didn’t want pain medication at all, I wanted to figure out a non drug solution. She put my on Percocet which she didn’t look at my charts to see that I’m definitely allergic to. I picked it up from the pharmacy and dropped it straight in the medication disposal bin at Riteaid (now CVS). Then when I called the office that following Monday about the situation, she wanted me to come in & UA/sign a pain management agreement which I didn’t mind to do but why when I didn’t have to when you wrote me a script for Percocet?! Anyways, my new Dr has been amazing & actually took care of my pain, gave me options. The clinic is just a joke and I don’t recommend it

Initial assessment was nothing more than a criminal profiling of already publicly known background that then is recommended for counciling just as attorneys that council you in court. Say youve used methamphetamine and your entire story from trauma too no end is discounted a dillusion of psychosis and what caused the trauma or the effect that resulted in self medication with illicit drugs are lost as the underline causes are overlooked only too shame or blame for self help and they replace with a sociable accepted way too treat what they now can claim too be anything deemed "crazy" unspecified whatever and casually give you some cookie cutter pressed chemical themselves. Come on I know im not the only one that realizes its bad for business if an individual enters a institution and comes out with a conditional disorder the person didn't have too begin with, right! Suggests that entity has detrimental effects on people from its services yeah? Well without a proper diagnoses you get whichever pill is in pocket because if you truly got treated for why you went there in the first place or once again too begin with. I need help not a new drug dealer.

The doctor here Malia Johnson was so rude. I went into the office for a bladder infection that she had told me that I needed to go to an urgent care then follow up with her instead of just letting me do a urinalysis at her office to check on my bladder infection. So I did go to an urgent care they said I did and gave me the medication I took all my medication and then I got a phone call from the urgent care and told me to stop the medication and see my normal doctor. So I called her and made an appointment and then when I finally saw her. I was also having major pain in my hands all the way to my elbow where I couldn’t lift anything it is so painful I was in tears trying to explain to her what was going on. She treated me as if I was only looking for pain meds. Which I wasn’t. I do need surgery on my hands for sure. Never did I even ask for pain meds. I asked her if there was anything that I could do to help the pain as I wait 6 more weeks to see the specialist. Like maybe a lotion or something to help. Then she tells me well you have been dealing with the pain for this long what is 6 more weeks! Then when we get past that she said let’s check your urinalysis to see what is going on with your bladder infection. So I leave a urinalysis and they do a 12 panel drug test on me. Then they tell me that I have a high amount of white blood cells in my urine. They never even tell me about the stupid drug test which is not why I went there on the first place for. Now she said that she can’t give me anything because my drug test came out positive for meth. I haven’t done meth in over 15 years. I’m appalled at Malia Johnson for being so rude and thinking that I’m medication seeking! When I went into her office for a bladder infection. That I was supposed to follow up with her for. She said I still have a bladder infection and gave me some more antibiotics. I still the bladder infection. The medicine didn’t even work. I have never had a doctor treat me with such disrespect and disregard to my situation. I have never had a problem with pain medication. Never have I ever abused medication either. So to be put in that category when it was not justified. Then to throw in a drug test. Then I find out that Wellbutrin causes a false positive for meth. Which is what my therapist had put me on. I will never go back there to see Malia Johnson again. She has no bed side manner and she will judge you right off the get go! Thinking the only thing you’re in there for is medication seeking! When you truly are hurting. She had also said to me are you taking your mental medication! Like I’m some crazy person that is seeking more medication. A friend had told me that if I wrap my arm with an ace bandage it will help alleviate some of the pain in my arm. It sure does help! Malia Johnson could have told me about the wrap that does help with the pain and I’m not taking any pain meds! But instead she judges and doesn’t have any compassion to people she really shouldn’t have her license to be a primary care physician. Not everyone is medication seeking sometimes people are really hurting. I also know that there are other things you can do to help with the pain that isn’t medication. She didn’t even try to help me she just put me in the category of medication seeking and a drug addict. I would think twice about seeing her for any kind of medical problem you are having.
