They don’t know how to answer the phone or call back even when I leave my phone number in the voicemail. Ridiculous

This office is nothing but political and only cares about Medicaid patients and political views. Dr. Talbot spent an hour with me and my daughter and we only discussed how we were going to pay for the appointment as insurances say they cover but don’t actually cover services and then talked about a political law I should vote in. I asked in advance if my insurance covered them and they said absolutely and we were all good but communication is clearly not their strong suit. She couldn’t even tell me how she was going to help my child and she kept deflecting the question when asked. Very unprofessional and I will never recommend someone who owns an office that has a sign like this.

I have sent my clients to Options for several years for evaluations. All of my clients return saying they found their experience to be helpful. I look forward to utilizing this much needed service in the future.

Doors are locked so I couldn't pick up paperwork to get filled out. I called I got the voicemail. I had the same problem trying to call and make an appointment nobody ever answered the phone

We are an adoptive family who sought help because of rages and manipulative behavior from our adopted child. We chose Dr. Talbot and Lori Rodriquez because they were the closest therapy option for us. They were a very poor fit for our needs. I was hoping for best current practices for encouraging attachment and did not find this to be what we experienced. After being accused of being abusive (despite our seeking care because of our son's manipulation) we switched care to The Child and Family Therapy Institute in North Platte and our son is doing SO much better. He looks forward to his sessions, has no more rages, and I am confident that we are receiving current best practices. Our experience with this office added trauma and delayed our family getting the help we so badly needed. I'm sure they are great people, but it was just a really awful experience for us to have worked with them.
