They refuse to report nonverbal signs of neglect or abuse. I have been in contact with my child's therapist, therapist boss and that bosses boss. Now it's been months since I started complaining and supervisor's are being changed but nothing else. Seriously I got an email saying that the therapist supervisor needed to brush up her knowledge? I was told by CPS I had to get witnesses to the crap ie mandatory reporter and literally they discount everything on the list of signs of abuse and neglect on the national website for preventing child abuse and neglect especially the very important nonverbal because children are to afraid to come forward. Don't expect them to actually be proactive or keep you properly informed either.

So my son's appointment was at 11. We called told them that the school for got to get him out of class. So wife hurried down there got there right at 11:15 the councilor said he is to late. So he is punished child very sad. Also my Dr has over 2000 patients and can get me a med refill. In max 2 days. Jamie's office takes a week. Minimum. Very sad!

Emma is my son's therapist. So waiting for him to get out as I'm sitting in the waiting area. Their is a mother and son messing around like their 2 years old. Play Hitting each other making tons of noise. Being disrespectful towards others. I am getting a headache from them. Also they have mask on so they're sick. They're both very disrespectful towards others. Like act your age. Come on mother and son. Hitting, kicking, pinched each other. This isn't a play area.

Horrible place been on waiting list for over 6 months and then wants to proceed to tell me 6 months later they can’t help my daughter cause we live in Dallas county

The first time I took my daughter in on time. I waited for almost half an hour to get call in (assuming it’s normal for dr visit). Overall visit was great. This time I was late for almost 10 minutes (my bad of taking wrong exit)... they told me I have to reschedule or wait for if the next patient is show up or not... not a big deal and it’s alright but the nurse is NOT nice... so disappointed

Abby is my son's Therapist and he loves to go see her and his ADHD/ADD & Behavior disorder has calmed down so much
