Awful facility. I was left alone in a room for hours with no food or water during the initial intake. I was also sexually assaulted and highly traumatized here. They treat patients like they aren't human. I do NOT recommend

absolutely horrible, the only staff that cared that victor he caught me when I starting seizing . I have epilepsey and they didn’t provide me my meds which resulted me having a grand mal seizure in the group room and I tried and tried to get my medical records from them. and my dad called the doctor and I went in there voluntarily and they basically held me involuntarily.

Our son has been hospitalized three times for psychosis and has a severe mental illness. During the admissions process we were surprised to learn that the interview is performed remotely with a person who has an online practice. In short, no real evaluation happened. The woman was not a psychiatrist; I am quite sure. The next day when I called to find our more, the case worker I talked to could tell I was upset and said she could not help or answer questions because our son was not admitted. I said I would take my complaint somewhere else. She said, "Wonderful." So here it is.

Beautiful view. Relaxed rules and helpful and caring staff. Only issues with psychiatrist who believed I wasn’t ready to sign myself out. Food was good. And groups were very helpful.

Do not allow your loved one to go to this place. My stepmom went here, they put her on 13+ medications without even consulting her psychiatrist, a doctor she's been seeing for 8 years. They gave her completely new meds when all she needed was stabilization on her current med regiment. Then when we complained, they took away her pain medicine and she's been in severe pain for two days. The doctor is condescending and tries to bully his patients and anyone who has a problem with his care tactics. Many of the staff were condescending (in this moment, I've been waiting to pick up my mom for 15 min, when we had a scheduled pickup time) Some staff were amazing. Ruth was very helpful and Jason the director was helpful. Melissa was helpful too.
