From the moment we began, the entire team—especially our incredible lead therapist Dillan—has shown unwavering care, professionalism, and dedication. When we were overwhelmed with fear and uncertainty about Liam hitting developmental milestones, they offered us constant support and reassurance. Liam entered the program without speaking a single word, and within just days, he began saying his first real words. In less than a week, Dillan had him saying “Mom”—a moment that will forever live in our hearts. This center is filled with compassion, and communication is always open and consistent. Whether it’s through your child’s therapist or Michael, the caring owner, you’re never left in the dark. We will forever be grateful to Osceola County for Behavior for the life-changing support they’ve given our family. 🫶🏼

I recommend OCCB due to the dedication and support they give children and the family. My grandson has been receiving ABA services for 2 months and the improvement in his behavior is remarkable! His speech has also improved so much. The tools they guide us with to carry over at home have been so valuable! Enrique, Michael, Dillan and the entire team are wonderful, and so kind!

I am very grateful and thankful to the caregivers at this clinic for their work, affection, dedication, always looking out for the best for the child! The program is very good and makes a lot of sense and is functional. The meetings with the parents help a lot in how to deal with your child at home! I am very happy to have found this Aba Therapy .My son loves going to therapy and he always comes back happy. My son has improved a lot, his speech has barely spoken, my son didn't obey my commands, he wouldn't hold my hand, he wouldn't eat, and after 4 months of therapy he was a different child. Michael, Dillon, Henry and all the therapists are amazing. I recommend this place 100%. My daughter has been receiving Aba therapies since January and I can tell I have seen improvements in her behavior. The therapists are very knowledgeable and very well trained, my daughter likes them all. The place is always clean and secured. I’m very glad I found this place for my daughter.

Michael, Dillon, Henry, and the entire team there at OCCB are very friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, and accommodating. The office is always very secure, clean, and engaging for the kids with fun activity toys and art work on the walls. At pickup, the therapists and supervisors always take the time to go over the daily behavior of the child and tweak their process for maximum success to the benefit of the children and parents. They always ask how the child's day is going at drop off and are truly warm, understanding, and caring as each day is different for each child. There is also parent training to help parents reinforce at home what is being taught at therapy. My son's behavior has significantly improved since he started therapy at OCCB and for that I am truly grateful.
