Scam artists and idiots. They lied to me and to the insurance representative about the fact that their “testing” is Worthless and isn’t acceptable to any reputable agency. They demanded I do all sorts of paperwork before we showed up. Only to have them fail to read it in asdvance and to have no clue why we were there. After enduring two trips of worthless effort they wrote a report that isn’t acceptable to and agencies. AND they failed to bill insurance correctly. When they called to try to claim that they want me to pay in cash to them because they screwed up billing my foster daughter’s state insurance they got nasty and said they were looking forward to sending me to collections. AVOID them at all costs. They lied just to make money and clearly would have made more by charging me cash prices than they were going to get from insurance.

My PMHNP preceptorship with Lavinda provided an outstanding learning experience. Lavinda was proactive in teaching and created an environment where I felt supported and challenged. She ensured I had exposure to patients across the lifespan, which allowed me to develop a deeper understanding of psychiatric patients among children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. She encouraged critical thinking, modeled therapeutic communication, and provided constructive feedback that helped me grow clinically and professionally. I am grateful for the opportunities I received and the strong foundation this preceptorship has given me. Your guidance, patience, and willingness to share your expertise helped me grow in ways I couldn’t have achieved in the classroom. I would recommend Lavinda to anyone who is looking for an experienced and knowledgeable preceptor.

My experience with OwlBridge was first as a student in my psychiatric nurse practitioner program and then afterwards as I became a patient and then brought in two of my kiddos. LaVinda has a depth of knowledge and is able to suggest small tweaks that made big changes for us (for example moving medication to bedtime helped with morning anxiety and upset stomach). She has a great perspective on neurodivergence and has been wonderful for my kiddos with ADHD. She truly wants to help the people that she works with, which is unfortunately not something that can be said of a lot of providers.

Lavinda is an awesome nurse practitioner...she is very kind, warm and non-judgemental. She makes everyone feel welcomed and cared for. She is also a great teacher and preceptor for NP students. She always meets deadlines. She takes the time to explain her reasoning. I wish every provider took the time to get to know their patients like she does. If you need psychiatric care this is the best place around. You will leave the office feeling hopeful about your mental health treatment.

I can’t say enough good things about Lavinda!!! She is an exceptional psychiatric nurse practitioner who truly cares about her patients. She takes the time to listen without rushing, asks thoughtful questions, and makes you feel heard and understood. Her approach is both professional and compassionate, and she explains treatment options clearly so you feel comfortable and involved in your care. Lavinda creates a safe, supportive environment and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure her patients feel respected and supported. Comfortable atmosphere. Walk in and the waiting area is filled with recliners. They listen and hear what you have to say, making sure you have the results you need to improve your mental health.

I was searching for a Mental Health Provider who would truly listen and understand everything I would explain about what I was and have been going through in life where it was having a major impact on my mental health and daily life. Which this is NOT the easiest to find. Most providers just want you in and out and look at you as a number. Owlbridge Wellness not only got me in quickly as a New Patient, they have listened and provided me with all the tools/resources to improve my mental health for myself and my family. I am forever thankful for finding my provider, LaVinda, who takes the time to listen and hear out all my concerns and issues. She makes it her priority to make sure I am okay mentally.
