Dr. James Spira is a wonderful practitioner, one that I can confidently recommend to any person. His calm, reassuring nature removes any trepidation to speak of difficult subjects, and he has experience working with individuals from all walks of life. I feel that this allows him to relate to me, in one way or another, on nearly every challenge I bring to the table. If I could give him 6 stars, I would.
