We want to provide parents with practical training as well so that you can feel successful when working with your children. We want to serve your children where they need the support. We believe in being innovative and ethical practitioners and we can't wait to meet you and your family. In April 2018, Stephen Sykora, BCBA and Kourtney Pickens, BCBA started Pacific Northwest Behavior with two goals in mind. The first, to attract practitioners who were passionate collaborators with fellow therapists and community resources. The second, to place these leaders into your homes and natural settings to change the perception about how Applied Behavior Analysis can impact your family's life by delivering relevant therapy that is truly individualized.
