Everyone at this faciity has been extremely helpful and effective. I especially love my therapist, who has offered me unconditional support and other resources I didn't know were available, including medication, group therapy, and court assistance, as well as after-hour calls, and multiple intelligent suggestions for self-help. They have an actual person call (not a recorded message) to remind me of appointments, provide me with 24/7 emergency service, and are patient, caring, and responsive when I most need support. I especially love that they offer female professionals. I've been in therapy before, mostly for chronic pain issues, but until now have always preferred male therapists. Until i was raped. Physically, emotionally and financially abused. My female therapist, medication, and me...we saved my life and my sanity. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I have used this place twice. I gave them a better rating this time because their services have definitely improved since 3 years ago when I last used them. Since I deal with PTSD regular long term therapy is an important part of my life. Most of the staff are very friendly and my therapist is very courteous and attentive.

They don't seem to ever pick up the phone during business hours. I don't know how they stay in business. UPDATE! Finally did receive a couple appts & major RED FLAGS made me look up how to make sure you're receiving good care from your behavioral/mental health care therapists ... omg! Should've looked that up first! EVERY RED FLAG LISTED IN THE ARTICLE, THEY WERE GUILTY OF!!! Went one last time & was able to finally express myself... ended up asking for my complete file. They're 100% MORE INTERESTED IN LABELING you THAN HELPING you. WARNING! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! Left there with the bigger problem of their UNFOUNDED, DISTORTED labels, which I've had to since unravel. Lastly, but quite telling, they dismissed & denigrated an actual brain health pioneer as being irrelevant. They need to be shut down.

I love this place I am schizoaffective and I have been stable for almost 6 years because of them I highly recommend them.

I'm bipolar and was in desperate need of a new psychiatrist. I searched all over Pahrump and it was either the case of they didn't take my insurance, or the workers were rude. Just when I was at my wit's end..in tears walking in the door..I was literally welcomed by the entire staff with such welcoming warmth! Mind you, I came on the perfect day because they were celebrating national mental health month, but I never felt so relieved. It was everything I'd hoped. I was given a full tour, with my bf at my side the entire time, and met each employee, drs included. They are constantly booked up so it took me about a month to get in for my psych evaluation and all that jazz. Worth the wait. Sometimes they get set back on appointments with the actual psychiatrist, but usually the psychologist appointments are on time. The only strange thing... because we are a small town, appointments with the psychiatrist are through live, real time, video chat. All in all, veryyyyy considerate staff and safe place to be.
