Amiya is doing well and I think SPOT is the best!!!

We’ve been attending palmetto spot for the past 2 years and I can’t say enough amazing things about this team of therapists! My son could barely speak, didn’t really have any social skills, didn’t know how to eat by himself, and just needed someone in his life other than mom! He jumps with joy anytime I say ‘“ms. Monica” because he loves her so much! They spend time making crafts, taking turns, jumping on the trampoline, and playing with cars, the list goes on and on!! Since he’s been going to spot he’s started speaking in full sentences, he enjoys being around other children, he has confidence in himself, hes definitely more independent, and even talks about his emotions! It’s been a wonderful adventure! They’re understanding, they’re caring, they’re passionate about what they do and how they go about doing it, (because kids with autism and learning disabilities need that extra love and care) I recommend this specific establishment to everyone I meet!

My son has been going to palmetto spot for a few years now and he loves it there! His speech therapist Miss Ashley is phenomenal and has become such a friend to us, my son loves spending time with her each week and she always makes it fun for him. My son’s speech has improved SO much since coming here, i also love how flexible and understanding they are when appointments need to be moved. Highly recommend!!

Maddie is the best, I highly recommend her. My child saw her for speech sessions and we saw a great improvement. She's so patient with the littles , engages with them on their level. My son always happy to see her

My daughter began OT at SpOT in June of 2024 at 27 months old after her Autism diagnosis. Ms. Lydia has been absolutely amazing with her! Everyone at SpOT are sweethearts and they love what they do. Sadly, this morning around 8:30 (12/17/25), the receptionist, Ms. Toni was basically verbally attacked by the mother of a new client when she simply asked for the child's secondary insurance and the mother's ID and informed the mother that there would be a copay for services. I was all the way back in the waiting room and heard the mother screaming at Ms. Toni. She even threatened Ms. Toni and SpOT saying they "would see (her) face again and it wouldn't be as a patient." The mother behaved extremely poorly while holding her child on her hip and saying she was on the phone with her mother. Thankfully my daughter was already in the back and did not witness the scene the ill mannered mother caused.

Amazing energy everytime my daughter and I enter! I've interacted with almost every receptionist, coordinator and therapist: (especially Ms. Hayes, Ms. Kaylee and Ms. Amy) each encounter has been warm, friendly and loving! There is no better place for children and adults alike to feel comfortable and respected while receiving care. Katelyn, Toni, Harmony and more! Thank you all for what you do!! It is deeply appreciated!!

I have had Nadia as my speech therapist for the last several months. It had been years of struggling to carry on a conversation that people could actually hear. Her patience and expertise worked wonders! My therapy has just completed and I am thrilled with the results! The entire office is staffed with professionals and I would highly recommend SPOT to everyone!

I love Palmetto Spot! My son has been going to this place for 2 1/2-l to 3 years! We love Ms.Ashley and I enjoy talking to Ms.Toni up at the front desk!
