They are always shortstaffed for DLSS. Also, they have 3 DLSS people who made me very uncomfortable and 1 made me feel very unsafe. She lied to my face and to her supervisor. They are a bad company for DLSS. I don't recommend anyone to go here for DLSS. Go somewhere else

They don’t answer their emails. They cancel on clients constantly. They have a sign on bonus because they are a revolving door of employees that make promises they can’t live up to. They should not be in business. They tried to cancel on my mothers appointment today saying “someone needs their help more” had they answered and responded to my email that I wrote them or called and left a message I wouldn’t be writing this so it could be solved amicably yet here we are on Google reviews. Paramount is used for people with mental disabilities, elderly care to get people help with their daily living. The workers complain about having to go to houses with out ac I feel bad for them at least my moms house has ac. Please get it together. I know that working In this field isn’t easy that doesn’t excuse the fact that people can’t do their jobs . May I add on they allegedly approve and deny vital patient trips because they (being the president and head of the company) it starts from the top to take accountability extreme ownership by Jocko willink would be a great read for this company….. poor time management causing severe mental anguish to people all ready struggling with mental health and other issues.

It appears to me that Paramont does not care about employees or clients when the rest of Maine shuts down for bad weather they should also shame money over safety!!!

I have been receiving help from Paramount and been gracefully accepted. The staff are the greatest.I tip my hat to them.
