Park Ridge Behavioral Healthcare

I had established a payment plan with Park Ridge. On the last month of payment due, I sent the full balance owed, however due to auto pay they took out additional funds. For the last month, I've tried to get in contact with their billing dept to get a refund and I've left countless messages to no response. Definitely not a good look.

Cassidy Lach is a great therapist

I've been going to cwcc for two and a half years and I did learn alot mainly about how I am disabled and a veunerable adult and I shouldn't be abused and I learned how to report abuse. Now my doctor and my new therapist belive that finding out local laws and learning about ths school districts policies is mental illness. They have been instigating me and trying to get me to argue with them and it's totally unprofessional. I filed a internal complaint with thier supervisors but I really don't know if anything will be done mainly because cwcc is not bbb aredited and thus filing a federal complaint against them is out of reach for most people particularly veunerable adults. The fighting has gotten so bad that I've had to fire cwcc and seek treatment from a different office. They believe I'm mentally ill becuase I use my cell phone my own cell phone to make calls. Ummm. I really think they need to go back to school and learn what mental illness actually is. Because apparently these people aren't educated.

Very friendly office staff. Clean and well maintained waiting area with plenty of distractions for all age ranges. Dr. Tyser is very personable and listens intently.
