My inpatient treatment was amazing. When finished I moved to the sober living part known as 3.1. In my time there several people were discharged. The sober living part is a joke. When I was discharged it was because a peer called over the phone and said I assaulted her. They never meant with her or I to ask about the event they just discharged me and put me on the streets. They did not try to help me find a place to go or anything. Also they billed my insurance and claimed I was there 43 days that I wasn't. I asked about their funding and was given the evasive answer of well your insurance and private donors. So they received almost $9,000 for a bed I wasn't using. They claimed they were holding my bed but they had 5 empty beds the whole time I was gone. Staff was unprofessional. Sexual harassment from staff occurred too.

Great counselors that really care. And the nurses are the very best❤️ Terry, Tami, Sarah, Kim. Luv them all. Have been with pathways for 7yrs. I've been to three or four different clinics in ny life and this is the very best one.

Horrible place that prefers to kick you to the curb. I hit the bottom of the barrel awhile back. I set up the initial consultation which was very awkward but despite the point. I was given a paper with the time and date for an appointment to come in the next week. When I came in I was told my time was changed and that if I messed up again then they would boot me out. Even handed her the paper that showed the time they initially gave me but I was still in the wrong. So I came in the next week and I was told they booted me out of the program for last weeks mess up. So help was never given and I learned that people will not help you and you can only rely on yourself. I'm still confused to this day about what reason they had to do this?

I owe a great portion of my life to this place. If you exhaust all levels of yourself to the program....your life will change!!! My counselor was an ultimate savior. I have the utmost respect and love for those 2 ladies and all the staff that provided me with the necessary tools and feedback. You guys helped me save my life ..You know who you are!!!

Absolute garbage place. I went there for general therapy and my therapist was more interested in writing than actually helping people and made that very clear. My prescriber for my antidepressants lived in New York but decided she knew me enough that she sent me to a psych ward for no reason other than myself cutting again, which I've been struggling with for 7+ years. They only care about the money and funding they get from drug abusers that got caught. They should all be ashamed of themselves
