After a good 2 years I reached the conclusion that the staff are really good kind and caring people, however, I experienced problems with billing. It appears that I’m being billed again for a bill I already paid(and it was paid immediately). Appointments being made that I didn’t asked for so I cancel them and staff documents your calls but they leave out that the error was theirs to begin with. So I fear it makes it look like I’m irresponsible or could later owe them money. Finally a service was rendered that I never asked for and refused. So I’m documenting everything at this point and going through the proper channels in hopes of making them a better place.

Our therapist Cook is amazing. He sets down and listened to Everything said. You can feel awkward about anything and He Will set down talk it threw with You and help You understand everything so You can cope with what is wrong. Your time with Him is just that, it's Your time...He pays attention and isn't on the phone or anything. Best therapist EVER. Dr. Rhett is great only seen Him twice but He's amazing. He not only knows about the mental meds but He is like a full Family Dr. I told Him about my brain cancer tumor and The 2.2 by 2.4 measurements and He knew everything about that too. He's My Husbands Dr and He knows about the lung issues fibrosis and everything. Rhett listens too and can explain your medicine without looking on His phone like some Drs. He just knows about the medication and that makes me feel good because He must read and study the medicine to make sure it's what is best for You. Pathways is Amazing for Us. Plus My Wife gets side track watching the cartoons in the lobby 😀

The counselors flirt with the women. And they also don't tell you that you'll be charged an extra 365$ for a month of drug testing. The prices are up front but change within a week.

There isn't enough space for me to write the problems I've had with pathways. I was charged with a dui and I'm court ordered to take dui classes and I had to sign up for the classes 10 days from September 17th or I face jail time. We'll I was told by pathways several times in south shore ky which is down the street from me that they can help me. They waited 3 weeks to tell me they can't and that I would have to travel all the way to flatwoods ky in order to sign up. We'll my liacense is suspended and I can't drive. The flatwoods branch is way way WAY too far for me to get to. I do not have help. It's just me. I am disabled and can't afford a cab. So when I did get a ride and went there? It was IMPOSSIBLE to find the flatwoods branch. I got there half an hour too late to do the walk in for the assessment for dui classes. And I was told by the staff there that I'm out of luck. I needed to come back. Well the staff wasn't doing anything they were all standing around talking and on their phones. The min guy I spoke to was named Joe. All he did was stand there drinking coffee. He told me that he knew for a fact that I was able to go complete the dui classes in portsmouth ohio which is about 3 miles from where I live. This is not true. I told him I have to compete it in ky not ohio. This is not cool. At this point I have no idea what pathways even does. All that's happened to me so far in weeks is ive been lied to repeatedly. I've been told yes we can help you then it becomes, nope sorry. I don't understand what the difference half an hour makes when there wasn't anyone there and the workers were on their phones. Nopne was doing anything worthwhile. They then told me that Noone is trained for dui assessment but one person. Ans they told me to come back. Well trying to get a ride to and from south shore ky to deep in flatwoods ky is virtually impossible for me. I am not from ky. I do not have friends or family here. I'm from Ohio. This situation is incredibly unprofessional. If I can sue you I will. How do you expect people to get the help they need if you won't give them the help they need? What do you do? Because all I see is nothing but laziness.

Therapy is hard but it helps. Have had great encounters with all staff so far.

Terrible experience. Misconduct, and issues with boundaries in relation to religion and as well as other social identities. The pain I experience and what I was going through at the time was not empathised, properly and fully acknowledged and understood here. I was hurting too badly to continue to try to receive the treatment and assistance I require here, and have felt years of time has been taken from me by pathways.

Called to make sure that we could still be seen and was told that if we were seven minutes late that we would not be able to be seen and would have to reschedule. Walked through the door on the seventh minute, literally to have the lady tell us that we would have to reschedule The waiting room was empty and only a couple cars in the parking lot . Very very sad attitudes for people who call themselves mental healthcare professionals.

These guys are absolutely tremendous and provide an incredible service. Cannot say enough good about them. I’ve been working through my things with them for going on three years, more for personal maintenance than peer/crisis support. They’re always there. Always consistent. I could mention names on the 24 hour crisis line, but they know who they are that do wonders for for me. Only love for Pathways of Ashland, Kentucky.
