I strongly recommended going elsewhere if you want neuropsych testing done, considering they use extremely outdated methods and the doctor isn’t even present for the testing. He gets on a zoom call for five minutes to tell you the results are pretty much inconclusive, that they don’t really know what’s wrong with you. Wasted time, gas, money, pto from work just to be back at square one. Instead of waiting over a month for the 5 minute zoom maybe I could have been asked back in if there were tests that needed to be retaken. This place takes advantage of people, collects their money and is probably laughing when it’s all said and done. In response to pathways: To be clear, I wasn’t looking for a diagnosis, I had already been diagnosed during adolescence and due to new regulations to get back on medications and treatment I was advised to go through with a neuropsych evaluation which I felt was unnecessary to begin with considering my history. My review reflects my personal experience, which I stand by. Regardless of what is considered “standard practice,” the process felt inefficient, poorly communicated, and not worth the time or expense. Being told after a long wait that there were no clear answers, with minimal opportunity for discussion or next steps, was extremely frustrating. Future patients should be aware of this possibility when deciding whether to proceed.
I was very nervous about the whole situation but it was just the way things were going and the way I had been treated in the testing process that made me feel comfortable with the process of testing and it really made my confidence level calm down… I think it helped me to be able to focus on the test and not worry about passing or failing! The proctor was awesome and took the fear out of the process with a calm demeanor…it was really a great experience!! Thank you Pathways! Thirty months into regular counseling sessions only to find out it was all a role play game. How bizarre! If you're looking for a father figure go to a Catholic Church. If you're looking to be constantly yelled at, screamed at, and berated like a disobedient child all because you don't adhere to the PNA, Dr Gordon, Sean Hennessey and the staff's far-left political ideologies this is the "joint" for you. Contrary to what is stated in the emails the telemed sessions with "SH" are not HIPPA compliant and they are not secure. The neuropsych cognitive evaluation was subjective at best!! SH has little to no understanding how an MCI can impact one's life.

Dr. Gordon is great, he did a thorough evaluation of my son and was very kind, but I really wish he'd get new staff in that office. They are extremely nasty and difficult for no reason other then it seems they hate their jobs.
The doctor and the staff were very pleasant and welcoming. Initial interaction is very positive. I will update after my next three visits
