Patricia Brady & Associates helped us with our DCF case. We benefited from Patricia’s extensive knowledge of DCF procedures and processes. She provided consultations, answered all of our questions, and ensured that we fully understood every aspect of the case. We highly recommend Patricia Brady & Associates to anyone seeking professional support with DCF matters.

We are incredibly grateful for the support and expertise that Patricia Brady provided during a very difficult time for my family. When we were involved in a case with DCF, she went above and beyond to ensure that our voices were heard and that the truth was presented clearly and professionally. Patricia showed deep knowledge of the system and handled our situation with compassion, fairness, and integrity. She took the time to listen, review our case carefully, and was always there for us. She answered every phone call and email, no matter the time, and took the time to meet with us in person whenever we needed extra support. Her commitment and accessibility made us feel truly cared for and never alone in the process. We would highly recommend Patricia Brady to anyone who needs a knowledgeable, honest, and compassionate expert to assist with family or child welfare matters.

Patricia Brady claims to have founded The Center with the intention of helping children and families, but my experience observing her work was the opposite of what true advocacy should look like. While my encounter was not for myself personally, I was closely helping someone important to me, and it was clear how cold, biased, and apathetic she was — showing little regard for the well-being of children or the struggles families face. What stands out most is how money-hungry she is. Her rates are outrageously high, significantly above what others in the area charge, which feels like blatant price gouging. Families often turn to child advocacy services during difficult, vulnerable times, yet instead of compassion, they are met with someone who seems more focused on profit than on providing meaningful support. It is incredibly disappointing to see someone in this line of work operate with such a lack of empathy and integrity. Families deserve an advocate who cares about them, not their wallets.

Unfortunately, this woman cares more about money than the children and families she is supposed to be helping. Of course she needs to make a living and deserves to be paid but she price-gauges, charges for services not even rendered and refuses refunds when services are paid for in advance yet not even rendered. Wrong line of work... always seems so miserable.

Patty's office helped me through a very difficult times. If it wasn't for her understanding and her knowledge I don't know where I would be. Her staff is professional, caring, and was attentive to my needs. They worked with me and brought things to a fair end for everyone. I am happy that things are now on the right direction to recovery and that everyone is happy. It will take time, but without Patty and her office I don't think this would have been possible!!! Forever grateful 🙏. Respectfully ARD

Horrible if I could give 0 stars I would. Reporting to better business and therapist licensing board Where is my refund, Pat??? Paid end of December early January for reunification services. Pat has failed to provide me a signed agreement walked away from a customer who has paid 2500 dollars to be reunited with their children and failed to meet any expectations. I am filing to adjust the person whom is listed on the court divorce agreement as our therapist however no where is a refund policy stated and she is refusing to refund me. First it was a 10 day policy than needed to speak with my ex husband to see what is going on I. MY life now she has to ask the court if she can refund me? No. She can refund my money so I am able to file a complaint for a new therapist and finally reunite with my children. My children are 5 and 9 they don't remember January! It is now July and I have only had 1 session and my children in January have had one. Not expected services and I want my money back or would she like to be paying interest??

My experience with Pat Brady as an "expert witness" was deeply disappointing and, frankly, unethical. I trusted her to provide professional services in a high-stakes legal matter involving trauma and coercive control. Instead, I was met with inflated billing, poor transparency, and conduct that raises serious concerns about professional integrity. Pat significantly overbilled me, charging for services that were either redundant, unnecessary, or exaggerated in scope and time. When I attempted to question or clarify the billing, I was met with defensiveness rather than accountability. In my opinion, this behavior reflects a lack of respect for both the client and the financial/emotional toll that legal processes already impose on victims of abuse. For someone who markets themselves as trauma-informed as a therapist myself, Pat's actions demonstrated little understanding of the impact her conduct can have on already vulnerable individuals navigating systems of power and control. I strongly caution anyone, especially survivors of abuse or their legal teams—from engaging Pat Brady without scrutinizing every detail of her billing practices and requesting firm estimates in writing. Professionalism and ethics matter, especially in court-related work. In my experience, Pat Brady failed to meet those standards.
