Patterns Behavioral Services

My grandbaby is a client at Patterns Behavioral Services. What started off great is now a complete nightmare. Everyone in the office was pleasant and it felt like we were making progress. Everything changed when Ms.Diamon took over as the new BCBA. This is the worst care we have ever received, everything is virtual and she doesn't even attempt to work towards any goals. It feels like a complete waste of time and Patterns is just using my family to make money..... If you are looking for a company that will try to push as many hours as possible with virtual BCBAs or should I say disinterested daycare video calls Patterns is your place. If you have a child or grandbaby that is looking for autism services that actually care RUN don't walk from Patterns and Ms. Diamon and others like her. The only reason this is a 2 star review is because the techs, front desk, in person BCBAs and clinical director are all good people who actually care about me and my grandchild. I don't know if this is a corporate push, but one rotten apple spoils the whole bunch. The children should be the priority!!!!! Not just pushing hours with terrible care!!!

Highly recommend. It’s a clean facility and we were welcomed by Emma BCBA and the RBT’s. They listen to the struggles you may have at home or school and work on them in ABA. The monthly parent meetings show you the data they collect throughout the month and how your child is doing in each category. The therapists have been great at communicating and they are understanding if you have input or any concerns. They really do look out for your child’s well being and your family!

I can't recommend Patterns enough. They are a team of dedicated and compassionate therapists who truly puts the needs of each child first.

Patterns has been a wonderful company so far. Very friendly and communicative staff! My training as an already licensed RBT was wonderful.

Patterns are AMAZING!!!!!! 🤩 My son has been making major progress while attending here. I’ve taken him to a clinic prior to here and hardly noticed any improvements. However, since bringing him here he’s a totally different child! He’s been doing so many things independently around the house I was not sure he knew how to do!! I’m so thankful for his team here!! From the Director , to the BCBA’s, to the BT’s!! Everyone here truly cares about your child making improvements!! Thank you ALL!!!! 😀

My children thrived with this group. They’re amazing people that really work to help kids build skills based on where the child is at. My kids run into Patterns so excited for their sessions.
