Wasted our time. We were put on a waitlist for ABA therapy in July/August. I would call every few weeks asking for an update and was told each time they’re working on hiring, with no timeline but they would keep me updated. It’s now November, and I had left a voicemail expressing that therapy was becoming more urgent for various reasons, and wondered if I need to be looking into other options. When I called back, I was told “Working on hiring, no timeline, but you mentioned looking into other options, so…” in-situating that I should. I would have appreciated more communication. Now we have to completely start over finding another facility to be put on another waitlist. Parents in this “world” know how frustrating this process can be, and Pavo certainly didn’t help.
If I could give this place 6/5 stars, I would! Everyone here is genuinely kind, and some of the most patient and sweet people I've ever met. They all seem to love my boy just as much as we do, and they really feel like family at this point. They have been wonderful advocates for our son, and they have celebrated some great victories with him. I couldn't recommend Pavo enough!
