WOW! I have never experienced the total feeling of safety and caring from a Dr’s. office. My daughter found Dr. Sikaczowski online. I had been struggling for decades with different MD’s misdiagnosing me. Constantly getting put on typical depression medications. I’d go on an emotional and behavioral roller coaster. Constantly up and down. The last straw, my MD misdiagnosed me. Then, put me on a medication that was making me worse. Would not listen when I said I was getting worse, not better. Thank God for my husband pushing me to talk. I really didn’t care if I lived or died. I was tired of trying. I was giving up. Not suicidal , but just not interested in any part of life or trying to get help. My daughter found Peace Behavioral Health. They called me that afternoon! My appointment was set up for a few days later. I had the most thorough conversation I’ve ever had with a Dr. That life changing/ saving conversation with Dr. Nicholas Sikaczowski was over 3 years ago. I have had contact with his office and him through phone calls, direct messages and in person as often as I have needed. (A lot in the beginning) I enjoy life, I’m in a very solid happy emotional place. I have an appointment with Dr. Nick every 3 months. I can reach out anytime in between appointments and get immediate help. I guess it’s pretty obvious that a highly recommended this office! If you’re reading this I hope you find the help you need to get your life back! I’m so lucky that my daughter found Peace Behavioral Health online. Dr. Nick cares and I’m so thankful we found him!!
Unfortunately as of right now I cannot leave a good review - I turned to this practice when my old dishonest Dr turned on me after 8 years straight of treatment. I specifically explained the situation to both the owner and the staff of the current situation, and I also pleaded with the psychiatrist that they paired me up with to please, please Question the former drs statements as if you truthfully did you would find inconsistencies in his statements, the facts just simply do not support his words. They had zero problem taking basically the last $600 I had to my name to pay for this one meeting with a Dr who did not listen to me or question the Dr I as i requested. She instead took his word and refused to treat me properly. Everyone that has plays a roll in this wrongful treatment will be documented and exposed for their roll. Drs just do not have the accountability today. All they do is cover their butt and not listen to the patient who is before you.
Dr. S. and everyone at Peace Behavioral Health have been incredibly supportive, available, informative, and helpful to us in our unique circumstances. The person in our family who is in need of psychiatric care is extremely vulnerable, and Dr. S has been attentive and available.
