Peak Behavioral Services

Can't tell you what kind of services they provide but I can tell you that their business practice is less than desirable. I contacted them in December to inquire about services. At that time, they had me complete a ton of paperwork, submit insurance and evaluations that led me to believe that once they had their staff back from medical leave that my child would receive services. I contacted them today and was basically told there was no wait list they follow, that they have no staff and no availability to provide treatment now or anytime in the future maybe up to years from now. And that they receive multiple referrals daily and I should reach out every couple of months to see if they have availability. So, if I am lucky and hit the lottery and beat someone else into an open spot, we might be able to get the treatment he needs, rather than them calling people on a wait list to see if services are still needed and filling openings that way. I was told it is just too difficult for their service to do that, and I should seek services elsewhere. There are NO other ABA services in this area! It's unfortunate that this business chooses to perform in this manner as now I have lost 2 months that I could have been looking for "other services".

I have only good things to say about Peak Behavioral Services. The whole team has made a HUGE difference in our family. My daughter is on the spectrum, and has grown and progressed immensely due to their dedicated and diligent help. I saw positive changes in my daughter within just a couple weeks of starting. Also, my husband and I have learned so much from the regular parent trainings we receive. Honestly the education and the support our daughter, and our family has received is a blessing beyond measure. I highly recommend Peak if you have a child on the spectrum. They are amazing at what they do! It is hard to capture all they do in a few words, but they are incredible! Just go meet the team and see what they can do for you. Everything they do is researched based and positive and catered to the individual child. I really feel they are the BEST place to go for ABA services in the Idaho Falls area. I will always be grateful for them and for all I have learned and continue to learn from them.

The people who work here are caring, prompt, professional, patient, knowledgeable, and life changing. My son has been receiving therapy at Peak for 5 months and I couldn't be happier with his progress. Thank you all for helping my sweet boy, and for always treating him with kindness and patience.

We were so excited to find ABA services through Peak Behavioral in rural Wyoming. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, kept us in the loop on progress and collaborated with school. As you know we have to be the best advocates possible for our children and with the added support of Peak the experience was phenomenal. Thank you!

This is my first experience with ABA theraphy and I was recommended by a friend to Peak Behavioral. I am really happy with the clinic and Staff, everyone is so caring and work really hard for the success of my daughter. In only 2 months we have seeing so much progress. I would recommend to anyone that have any reservations about ABA I think the right staff makes the world of difference and Peak Behavioral really have an outstanding staff!
