This place has absolutely no regards for patients time and the staff is very nonchalant about their disregard, shrugging off their patients questions with passive aggressive answers. I dont write many negative reviews but i felt like I needed to based on my experience with peak performance. This group has absolutely no regaurd for their patients time and is unapologetic about it not to mention unprofessional. I had scheduled an appointment for my son to be screened for auditory processing disorder. The lady that contacted me after reviewing my sons referral told me to expect about 3 hrs for the screening and had me fill out paperwork before they would schedule the screening, no problem. I filled out the paperwork and was scheduled about a month later. When I arrived early for my scheduled appointment I was informed that this was a consolation not a screening and that there would be 3 appointments before we would be able to get to his evaluation. This was different than what I was initially told, and quite frankly seems like billing fraud. We were scheduled for testing but would have to attend 3 appointments just to get to that point. Our appointment was scheduled at 11am however 11:45 rolled passed and still absolutely no indication of being called back or checkup from reception letting us know there wpuld be an extended wait. I dec8ded approach the reception desk and asked when we could expect to be seen. She replied that the dr was with another patient. I then asked if appointments normally run an hr late which she just shrugged and said the appointments can run passed the scheduled time and offered no apology. As I waited I read the signs around the waiting area which there were several regarding noise control however the two girls behind the desk were chatty with eachother with loud giggles. Clearly not concerned about their own noise control policies. After waiting an hour I decided this was not a good fit for my family so I started calling other providers. I was never seen by the dr despite being in their office for over an hour (i left after an hr of waiting) and the front desk staff showed me all I needed to know about this group, how they conduct business and the way they treat their patients. In summary the staff was very dismissive and chatty with eachother while ignoring patients. I was lied to about the screening process. 3 appointments just to be screened while having a very specific referral outlining what my son needed, it just screams billing fraud in my opinion. (Ill be calling my insurance provider to ensure I was not billed for this visit) A total disregard for patients time and unapologetically so. I will never recommend peak performance to anyone and if ever asked I will gladly tell anyone about my subpar experience.

If you have a broken arm you get an X ray !! If you got a broken brain You test it! See what area has deficiencies Dr Higgins and his team are really professional and caring I am a client and I feel so much better now that I understand how my brain works for me. Every 3rd grade & Up should have this neurological evaluation done. Helps to assign accommodations too for educational purposes This business is a huge blessing

I would not recommend this place for an adult seeking an autism diagnosis. I should say the first visit here when the initial testing was done was fine and the younger guy who did the initial testing was friendly and personable. The second visit however, was terrible. First of all, I had to wait an hour and 15 minutes after my appointment time to see the doctor! The doctor Dane Higgins was dismissive of my questions and concerns, the test results were not clearly explained, and I felt he was being condescending to me. I felt I was being rushed out the door. I was eventually told multiple times to wait for a report to come in 2-3 weeks for a more detailed explanation about the diagnosis. I don’t understand what the point of this meeting was if I was just going to be told to wait for some report. I had to drive 3 hours to get there. It felt like a waste of time. I also called a couple of times about how much the diagnosis would cost with or without insurance, and the question was dodged and never answered – huge red flag. Again, I would not recommend this place for an adult who thinks they might have autism. Update to the response from owner: I would prefer not to discuss anything with the doctors there. This was a deeply humiliating experience for me, and I will gladly never return here. I will go somewhere else with more compassionate people. You wasted my time.

First time here and the check-in process was easy and staff were very friendly. We arrived early and they were able to see us right away! The lady who did our intake appointment was super friendly and professional. We have two more appointments scheduled for testing for our daughter; so I will update my review after those but so far 5 stars!

Once you get your appointments scheduled, it's a great place. They also are good calling when there is a cancellation opening. For people that live far, you do have to go three times. I wish there was a zoom option for at least one of the meetings. I just got my adult sons report. It was written well and very comprehensive. The testers were very pleasant and flexible. Dr. Dane does review everything with you on the last meeting. All in all a good experience and information.

I sought this location out after receiving a diagnosis from somewhere else. Due to my struggles I really wanted to learn more about what's going on and how I can get better. It is a process, but everything was explained along the way. There was an issue when I came back for the post evaluation appointment, but I called back and expressed my concerns. Dr. Higgins made time for me to come back on another day so he could personally sit with me and go over everything. This was essential, because it led to a completely different outcome compared to the previous time. Even though there was an issue, it was made right and I feel validated and relieved. Thank you, Dr. Higgins. I really appreciate you! 😌
