I have watched PediaPlex services and locations grow from one office in Southlake in early 2012 to multiple locations and a broad offering of services now 13 years later. It is still led by its original owner and founder, Sonia Kirkpatrick, who is the most competent, compassionate, and responsive business owner our family has ever worked with. I can’t say enough good things about her ST, OT and ABA staff, and I know Sonia demands excellent service from them or they don’t stay around long. There is nowhere else I would recommend!

Place is a complete sham, anybody who is looking to really help their children I would definitely not recommend PediaPlex first thing they try to sell you on is that the daughter of the owner was autistic herself second of all OT. Therapy is horrible. My child did not do ABA here, but I would definitely not recommend it. I would see all the children just laying flat in the hallway, every single day, and all the therapist faces all had the look like no one had a clue what to do. definitely would not recommend just a honest parents review.

We were at Pediaplex for about 2 years and had a generally good experience. We had Speech/OT/ABA. The staff rotated in an out fairly often as is the case in most therapy locations, but until the last 7 months or so they were always able to accommodate my child’s needs. Speech was always great. We had a total of 3-4 speech therapists over the years. Kelsey was amazing. Unfortunately we had to go without OT therapy for 7 months due to staffing. At that time we decided it was time to leave in order to have a continuation of care for my son where he could have a full series of therapies. Our relationship with ABA was complicated but I know their therapist worked hard to help as much as they could. I would say the ABA was comparable to other centers we had been to but still too little parent training. I was blown away by the owner, she is very passionate, kind and closely involved in the kids cases.

Our daughter has been attending PediaPlex for almost a year now and we could not be more happy about her progress since enrolling her. Our journey with services has not been an easy one, add in COVID and things really got away from us. Our previous ABA company had an ever revolving door, and the moment she was comfortable with a therapist, that therapist quickly went out the door. Having a child on spectrum, this is not something you want to keep subjecting them to. We decided to cut ties when the owner visited us in our home and kept referring to data when it was skewed considering our child had 8 therapists in a matter of a year. PediaPlex has been a Godsend! Her BCBA is amazing, her RBT's are equally great and our daughter looks forward to going to "school." We're hoping that with ST, she will begin to use her words and we eventually hear her voice again. Overall, if you are looking for a caring group of people with your child, you've come to the right place. As long as you stay involved, you'll definitely see results in your kiddo!

Pediaplex has provided great care to my autistic son. We have ABA, speech and occupational therapy all at the same location. They train their staff well and their communication is always on point. The facility itself is very clean and nice. I would recommend Pediaplex to any family.

We were very disappointed with our speech therapist Ms. Harriett. She had a negative attitude and lacked the patience and positivity that should be inherent in a child therapist. Otherwise, PediaPlex as a whole seemed fine and well run. They did offer to swap therapists although we just ended up changing providers.

We love Pediaplex! The staff, the facility, and most of all the LOVE! Yes, they unashamedly and strongly care and serve us (our son who is in therapy and us the parents being trained) with compassion. And as a business, the team done exceptionally! Efficient and effective processes from client onboarding, dispute resolutions, inquiries, insurance, billing, consultation, and day to day drop offs and check ins. Thank you Pediaplex!

From the moment you walk in the door, the entire Frisco Pediaplex staff is so amazing, friendly, and eager to support and help our child! The therapists are the best around and made our child feel so comfortable and excited to want to learn! We are so amazed with how fast we have seen progress with our child here! I am so thankful we found Pediaplex and are now part of the family!

My son has been receiving services for OT and speech here for about a year. We have been overly satisfied with his improvement in both areas. The front office staff is very friendly and always willing to help with scheduling! His therapist are fantastic and have gone above and beyond to help meet his goals. The owner has a huge heart for all her staff and clients. She has helped our family navigate through our first experience with private therapy. I love pediaplex but mostly importantly my son loves coming each week.

PediaPlex is an answer to my prayers! If you are searching for a handbook on how to relate and teach your children this is the place. All of our children are different and have different needs PediaPlex helps not only your child but you! I am so happy I found them. Please take a tour you won't be disappointed. My daughter has been struggling in school and life. Pediaplex has everything for figuring out your most precious gifts. My life will be forever changed and I know I will be a better mother because I have found PediaPlex to provide my child with the right tools.
