Pediatric Autism Therapy Studio

Pediatric Therapy Studio is very nice place. The staff is always very kind and give many support. My child feel very comfortable and he enjoy to go every session. We see much progress in his therapy, and this make us very happy. The people there treat the childrens with love and patience, like family. I am very thankful for all they do.

This place is terrible and I will be reporting them for fraud. They sent my son’s insurance a bill making it seem like he’s an active patient when he hasn’t been seen since JULY. very unorganized and unprofessional and they are very shady and crooked.

My child was receiving Speech therapy for 7-8 months. Some progress did occur. Some therapist are better than others. My review is more towards the admin, Hunter who moved on was best!! One day i recieved an email stating effective Immediately, my daughter was discharged. Providing non-compliance with the attendance policy. Yes, there were some missed appointments. None without prior notification. Both parties cancelled appointments. Life happens. Out of nowhere, and without and conversation an email titled "Discharge" was sent by Pheadra Almajid. An individual we had no knowledge. What was once a good experience became on of the most unprofessional experiences. The therapist are the therapist. Administration only cares about money and not your child. Don't be fooled.

We been working with phaedra and the staff at the studio since they pretty much started, been and amazing experience, always growing and doing more and better services for the kids. They always treat my daughter as family, and we will always be thankful for everything they done. Keep it up!!!!!!!

If I could, I would give this place zero stars. A friend of mine warned me before even considering, but I wanted to make a judgement on my own. The horror stories I’ve been told, you could never imagine. From children being left alone or grouped together with other kids because of the very limited amount of therapists is unacceptable. I understand that due to the pandemic they are limited staff and that they are doing the best that they can. I walked in one afternoon trying to enroll my child and there was no front desk for at the very least 30 minutes. I did my research on this clinic and had high hopes. Unfortunately, they were just hopes. I pass by on a daily basis considering I live in the McLean area. As convenient as it could of been for me, the things that have been brought to my attention can not go unsaid. I could go into detail about the illegal things I’ve seen and heard be done by this clinic, but I’ll spare the owner. DO NOT, BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE. Sincerely, a concerned parent.
