Pediatric Development Center

The therapists are nice and very good at what they do, but the turnover rate is ridiculous. Many therapists leave regularly. Not sure if it's management or case overload, but there are few therapists that stay past 2 years, only a small handful do.

Having worked along side PDC with both of my children now, I have been extremely impressed and appreciative of all the hardwork and dedication the therapists show towards the kids they work with. I have seen many of the therapists there in a variety of settings and they are always so kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. It’s been amazing to see and I have been so grateful for all the knowledge shared with us.

We started with PDC in December 2024. We have had wonderful experiences with everyone we’ve interacted with, but especially with our OT, Jill. She is so welcoming and engaging. My 4 year old loves her and I really appreciate the resources and guidance she has provided me with. Our family cannot recommend PDC enough!

Poor management, constant schedule changes, short staffed, last minute updates, billing missing something and not communicating timely with front desk and losing paperwork.
