My daughter had Speech Therapy for almost 2 years and graduated this week. Her improvement was 100%. She speaks fluently and is a confident and happy girl. Mrs Lorraine was our therapist, and we only have amazing things to say about her. She changed our lives for good and opened millions of possibilities in our daughter’s future. Our daughter did have a few sessions (once in a while) with other therapist and can say they all are great!. Kristina, the owner was always responsive and hands on with our insurance and with anything we needed along the way. Pediatric Potentials Therapy changed our lives and we will be forever grateful!!!

My child had been coming to this office for over 3 years. In the beginning it was good. We ended up doing both Speech and OT later on. After finishing OT, my child continued with Speech for over a year with the same therapist. After a while, my child did not want to see this therapist because, in their words, "she is mean". One time, my child said she pounded the table with her fist because he sighed. That was taken as disrespect to her I guess. I was shocked. My child is verbal and would tell me things that would happen. Apparently he was not progressing or doing any better, according to them. I decided to leave this office and find someone that would actually help us. The therapist always seemed annoyed with us (my child) every week we were there. It just wasn't worth it.

If I could give this office negative stars I would. We were referred by our pediatrician and waited over a month for our appointment. We arrived 30 min early for our appointment; however, there was no acknowledgment of our arrival or that we were waiting. Just a bunch of signage saying not to bother anyone. We were called in for our appointment and therapist was wearing a mask. My son is 2 and there for speech therapy. Masks are known to cause delays in speech development. The fact that the therapists wear masks that over their mouth is unprofessional. Wear a clear shield if you are scared of germs. The office then sat us down for an OT appointment. I never scheduled an OT appointment and then we were not able to be seen for our speech appointment. Completely unprofessional handling of appointments and the lack of a first impression just made it an unapproachable office.

Great facility. My son has improved so much since starting. Very professional. All the therapists care about helping the kids and it shows! I highly recommend them

I have been taking my son here for about a year. Everyone I have met, including all the therapists are so amazing and kind. They have so much patience and they truly care about the kids that come into their facility. They work around my child's schedule as much as possible and its so appreciated and recognized. 10/10 I would recommend this place to anyone who asks.

My children and I have recently started ST/OT here. The director, Kristina, managed to get us perfect times so that both of my children could be seen in clusters for their sessions. We are loving Lorraine, Sara, Cristina, Heidy (sorry for misspelling and leaving someone out) Everyone here is kind, caring, gentle, professional. The area is kept clean, smells good. The toys/therapy tools are unique and diverse! The kiddos look forward to therapy and when they’re done for the day they come out smiling and bouncing. I have already told two friends about this place and I highly recommend Pediatric Potentials Therapy!
