Love them! I wish there were more updated reviews. The staff is amazing, they have a text line so you’re always updated about your child. Every one is so involved. My son has only been here a month and I’ve noticed a change. They always answer calls and emails. I am so blessed to have found them . Special shout out to Julie! She is heaven sent

Love the staff they are very welcoming and very understanding especially whenever I needed to reschedule any of my daughters appointments even when my daughter out sick they take the time out to call and check up on her I absolutely love the establishment

This clinic has the worst staff, they never answer calls and when a child gets sick and you change the appointment, they cancel you even if you have an emergency. The woman who took the case of my autistic daughter did not understand that my daughter got influenza B and I also sent her multiple text messages to let them know but clinician got so upset that she spoke to me in a very rude manner also she denied the consultation today. another thing they don't have flexible schedules for us parents, but when the clinician gets sick they cancel you and it doesn't matter if we cancel commitments. This clinic is the worst I have ever tried I don't recommend it They are very inexperienced and do not know how to treat autistic patients, I would never return, goodbye.

Don't even bother. They sent paper work with postage due, I came as early as possible to fill it out, apparently with a spinal injury, I wasn't filling it out fast enough. His "counselor" came out and started immediately with its taking too long and this isn't really a good start. I told her well, your office sent the paperwork postage due it's not a good first impression. She denied it. The postal slip said it was from them. She was very standoffish from the start and immediately suggested to refer my son out. Look, if you don't want to treat kids that aren't autistic or have horrific problems, then don't make the appointment. Your office wasn't competent enough to do their job properly, it reflects on the practice. I took the paperwork now that I wasted my time with this "counselor " and told them if they didn't want to see him they shouldn't have made the appointment, she sat in the office gossiping and waving her hand. Wish I hadn't wasted my time, I should've known better with the missed postage and nonstop calls about him coming for his appointment. It shows a lot of disorganization and poor communication. The irony... I was on the last page of the paperwork signing consent when she came out and did her "extended break" bit. Beware when other offices have weeks waiting lists and you find one with immediate opening... there's a reason why they're not busy. And you don't lead kids around by the arm (I saw that)
