Pediatric Therapy Center

My son saw Alex for speech for almost two years and it was such a great experience! She is truly a dedicated and compassionate professional. My son would be so excited to see her every week and he really grew a tremendous amount under Alex’s care. Thankyou so much for a great experience!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD TO THIS CENTER. Our 3 yr old had speech delay. We used their services for a while, then we decided to stop cause it wasn't really worth it for the very ridiculous high prices they charge. Their speech delay services did not provide any adequate results. Apparently we had a remaining balance (after what insurance already covered+copays paid out of pocket). They never bother to send us a bill for it (as any healthcare provider would normally do). Instead they decided to send it straight to collections. NO EMAIL, NO PHONE CALL, NO MAIL - NOTHING! As a result, WE WERE SUED...for 140$. We had a sheriff serve papers at my house. When we called PTC to ask why we never received a bill from them the manager was completely oblivious, she kept repeating she would have the billing specialist Kathrina call us to clarify the situation and to this day she never did! They have ONE PERSON doing all their billing remotely and she does not care what her actions do and how impacts on other families. She didnt even bother to contact us over the balance. These people do not care about your children and what frustration they put your family through. Such a disgraceful conduct for a place whose mission is to help families with disabled children. We will be filling a complaint with DHHS as well. Their speech services do not reflect for what they charge at all to insurance companies or Tricare. These people do not care about your children but only seen as making money for them and charging insane prices. If they were willing to SUE for $140. Imagine what else they can do to your family. If you want to save yourself from a headache, wasting time do about face and go somewhere else.

PTC helped our son out so well! He went from being uncoordinated and unable to ride a bike to riding and doing endurance physical activity in just a few months! Thank you Baily, and Emma for all your care and help, we really do appreciate it!

I started going to Pediatric Therapy Center for food therapy and the COPE program, and it’s honestly been one of the best decisions ever. I was really nervous at first, but Bailey made me feel super comfortable right away. In food therapy, they helped me try new foods without feeling pressured, which was a huge deal for me. I even started liking things I never thought I would! Bailey was the best!

Pediatric therapy center has treated all 3 of my children. They are an amazing team and really become like family. My children have all 3 thrived there. One of my children has fully graduated all 3 therapies and my other 2 are down to just one therapy each a week. If you are consistent in your children’s care and take them for their therapies it is amazing the growth you will see! I have been to other clinics in the area for care when PTC did not have availability and they do not even come close to the care we receive at PTC. We love all our therapists there!

PTC is the ONLY place I’ll ever take my very medically complex son. We’ve been to plenty of other places and never received the care like PTC provides. They have so many resources, equipment, therapists and so much more. They even make me, as the Mom, feel important, respected and heard. We love you PTC! 💙💚

Pediatric Therapy Center has been such a blessing to my family. The staff is absolutely incredible and well educated. They offer a variety of therapies for children with disabilities, speach impediments, behavioral issues and so much more. My child had a severe speach impediment to where you couldn't understand what he was saying. We have been coming here for a little over 3 years now and the turn around has been absolutely incredible. I owe this buisness so much. To the owners thank you for creating a wonderful buisness and environment for kids who just need a little extra help. And to the staff I can never say thank you enough. You have all made such a huge difference and positive impact on my families life that thank you doesn't even describe the amount of gratitude I have for all of you. Special thanks to former therapists Abby, Amy, Taylor. Thank you Alex, Megan, Emily, Amanda and im sorry if i forgot all the others who have worked with him personally. You know who you are and I am forever grateful and thankful to every single one of you! You have blessed our lives by the amazing work you do!!! Thank you for being so amazing!!!!

Miss Kelsey is the most talented, kind, and supportive SLP you could ever hope to have for your child. My son had a severe speech delay and it was overwhelming to not know how to help him. After a year with Miss Kelsey, his speech has progressed so much and we're so grateful for everything she's done for us. PTC Nashua is always clean, welcoming, and easy to work with. Their office is great at communicating and working with your schedule. I wouldn't hesitate to bring your child in for an evaluation or to get support. You won't regret it!

My son has been attending OT here for over a year and I have nothing but great things to say about Pediatric Therapy Center, having referred friends here as well! His wonderful therapist, whom we adored, unfortunately left the center recently and I may be more broken up about it than he is! But we also are very happy with his new therapist, Mr. Alex. In fact, I’ve appreciated that my son has been able to work with different people because I think that only adds to his toolbox. Beyond the therapists, I was very impressed with the center’s COVID protocols, and duly satisfied with the office staff who have always been gracious, helpful, friendly, and responsive! Of course the therapists are the foundation of these services, but a truly positive experience requires the type of fantastic administrative support that you get at PTC.
