Pediatric Therapy of Aiken, LLc

Update 12/17/2025 It's been a while but im please to say things have been good my son is doing good, because I work with him along side the therapist here. They do listen and I do see growth. .update 12/5/24 Alot has changed and a change is what I will make also this will be.my last update to this post but another will follow Update 4/30/24 Well I'm here to update my review I added more stars despite us loosing yet another therapist that me and my son have grown very close to,but I know they must do whats best for them it hurts to see them leave but I understand. So they have added new therapist one who my son see at times and I think she is a joy and so nice this place is still amazing and I would still recommend it to everyone the therapist in a whole are all great and they are so welcoming if you haven't came and seen them do so your kids will be well taken care of..they actually love what they do and it shows... UPDATED YET AGAIN: overall the place is a nice place with great therapists the only thing is don't get attached or feel your child is really developing well with a certain therapist because oneday you will go in and find out they are leaving. This has been a constant cycle here and I'm so disappointed my child who I feel was showing great progress will now have to readjust to someone new or another person's style when he was doing so well with whom he had. I understand things happen but come on my child is the one who is missing out here every therapist my child had had either gone or about to be gone, I wanted to speak with someone about this but I had no direction of whom so hopefully you see it here this may not mean much to you simply coming from me one concern parent but why do you keep losing these great therapists who I know are great I'm in the room with them when they are working with my child. They clearly love and enjoy what they do, I think this will be my last review of this facility as I have to see what else is available for the growth of my child. Also, the 4.4 rating is only because of the great therapists you have and had, so don't lose anymore. UPDATE:2/21/2022 I felt that the energy in the building was off and it no longer felt comfortable, so when me and my son went back it was then that I find out that Abbi the sweet woman from the front desk was gone and you could definitely tell, she had great energy about herself and also my son's therapist are gone Jessica and Dallas. So what I was feeling was right, I use to feel excited going in the building now it's just different, I just hope Rachel stays and is still there she is another awesome one and if not then.... Ugh, I'm just so. Who did this, and other amazing therapists are leaving or gone? The ones you knew cared and smiled now. There are or were no smiles the last visit. Well, we will see what today brings. I maybe being to optimistic but i must say from the first day to the third visit the atmosphere and energy in this place is so amazing,the care and attention shown to the children and the dedication from the staff. I seriously love going inside the building,you get a sense of calm and peace, and i do each time i have been. I know it's all still new to me and my son, but for this moment, right now, i am happy we are here, and i do see growth in my son and hopeful it will continue. So to all you awesome ladies and staff, keep it up. You're all amazing. Also, you must say you ladies at the front desk are always greeting with a smile. Thank you. it's always welcoming, especially for a new mom like myself. I dont know who put you all together, but im glad they did. Cant wait until the next visit Rachel thank you love your attentiveness,Dallas glad to have meet you and you know your awesome right,Jessica your spirits and energy just wow combined you ladies are whats needed today. Thanks, and I'm looking forward to the journey. Also, im allowed back each visit. i know at some point they want my child to go back alone. im just not there yet, which i discussed with the therapist, and she totally understood.

Our child absolutely loves coming here! As soon as we walk in, he’s all set to grab any therapist who comes from the back. Over the years, he’s made such amazing progress! We’re so grateful to be part of this incredible team.

Excellent care provided at this facility, with the best therapists and staff around the CSRA. They have truly helped our family and many others in this community. Super understanding and gracious staff, best speech therapy in Aiken, my son looks forward to going each week!

We love this place! My son has been receiving speech an ot therapy every week for almost three years, and I can’t express how grateful I am for how they treat him and how kind they always are. His progress has been amazing!
