They have great people for your kids. The staff are nice people. They truly do care about the kids. Downside; their secretaries will tell you they've done what you asked, even stating they put a "note" to help out. Yet the same problems keep occurring. If Im told something is done and taken care off. I EXPECT exactly that. Teachers = great Rest of staff = meh
I hope they are able to grow their staff because I think they can do great things with kids but they have too many clients and continue to take on more and expect you to call daily to see if there are any cancelations in order to actually be seen which is in no way professional in my opinion nor my medical teams.
