Unbelievably unprofessional.
Been to this office a few times now and seen both dentists there. I used to have a lot of anxiety, but now looking forward to my dental visits more than any other medical visit. Both are kind, gentle, and funny. You can tell that they truly care and want to help, even if they can't that day because of how busy they are. The place is clean and tidy. Scheduling with the dentist has long waits, so definitely make your appointment ahead of time.
Excellent experience, the hygienist Zee is very nice and knowledgeable, always kind front desk staff, Sabrina. Thank you! :)
They were Absolutely great! Painless and I was in and out. thank you!
We had gone here multiple times with no problem. On our last appt I had two fillings done and now I’m in pain and they refuse to do anything about it and give me answers.
I don’t write many reviews but I just wanted to give my thanks to PCHS! I’ve gone here for years and all of the staff is very friendly and helpful. A special thanks to the billing department for being patient and understanding when insurance has given me a hard time. You guys are awesome.
Had a walk-in this morning and was seen right away. The Assistant (Amanda) was extremely nice and talked me through every step before the dentist came in. Dr Rohloff was amazing at explaining the problems, took time to draw me pictures of what we looking at in my mouth, explained things very thoroughly and was extremely kind and friendly. I did not feel rushed or anything and it was a great experience.
I called for an appointment because I broke a tooth. I took off work, showed up on time and was then turned away because when they asked if I had traveled in the last ten days I said “yes” because I had. Now I need to go find a different dentist, wait a couple more days to get in to their schedule and take more time off from work all while still dealing with the discomfort of a broken tooth. I don’t have a problem with businesses setting their own additional private health policies . It is totally their right, However they should have mentioned that to me be for they told me to come in. They displayed a complete and total disregard for my time. They might be fine dentists I have no idea but I will never go back and find out . Their lack of professionalism was disappointing to say the least
These gals here are ALWAYS on top of things, so friendly and efficient. Appreciate all of them, but I only know Tia by name so want to mention her and her excellent work! Clean environment. Heigenists are top notch! Gotta admit it is a pretty little place too, just see the pic!!
