I am always impressed by the staff! Most of the time Hamp is our primary therapist but a number of others have helped and all are great!

**Note Most of These Reviews Are from Caucasians*** ***99.999% Caucasian Staff*** * Went There For Over 6 Months & Ha NO TREATMENT PLAN ....A DIFFERENT therapist almost every time I went (I have mutltiple complex injuries so the inconsistency resulted in minuscule progress) * One Therapist Even Brought up "medicaid" insinuating I was just a broke person trying to take advantage of "the systems smh soooo many ridiculous experiences that supported my belief that MOST (not all) of the staff is condescending & have LOADS of UNCHECKED RACIAL BIASIS .....For me to HAVE MULTIPLE COMPLEX INJURIES !& CHRONIC PAIN IN MULTIPLE AREAS....I WATCHED "White" (much less injured) patients receive 10x more consideration in regard to assisting in PAIN MANAGEMENT smh ......For them to have a biblical painting on the wall is actually immensely ironic being that most of them are "wolves in sheep's clothing" ....very happy to have left and found a facility that PRACTICES WHAT THEY PREACH !!! ***Still Going There To See Kasey .....& Whenever I come in now ; ALL the therapist that pretended to care about my recovery treat me like the plague and don't even speak to me or acknowledge I'm there ......let alone inquiring on how my recovery is going ......lol it's so funny to see how fake & rude they can be to someone who they claimed to care so much about for almost a year smh I'll be so happy when I'm DONE going here .....0 out of 10 wouldn't recommend

People come to your facility to get help and feel better. The people you hire and the way they treat people reflects on your business. My experience with just talking to your receptionist made me appreciate that I never made it to my appointment. We live in a state where Southern Hospitality is a thing! She should not be working there if this is not how you treat your clients.

Kasey was concerned about my neuropathy and was key on my recovery from my lack of balance. Very knowledgeable

The team at Performance Therapy in Brandon is very caring, helpful, and friendly. I had a great experience when having Therapy on my back. Kendall was very sweet and patient with me, and listen to me go on and on. She is very good therapist, I highly recommend Kendall and Performance Therapy.

Rebecca is the BEST! She is so kind and uplifting! She takes the time to listen and care about my needs. She’s not just my physical therapist, but she’s my friend! My doctor could definitely see improvement in my prolapse. I’m feeling great! So thankful he recommended pelvic floor therapy!❤️

I was very pleased with how I was treated from the check in personal to my Therapist and from those who assist the Therapist. Casey was my Therapist the last time my body needed help. I also in previous visits have seen Hannah and Kendal. I have nothing but high praise for all of them and should I have the need for Physical Therapy in the future, Performance Therapy will be my choice.
