Performance Therapy Madison

I had a problem that wouldn’t respond to anything that we tried. Even my orthopedic doctor wasn’t sure what caused it. He referred me to Performance Therapy. Caleb and the team there isolated a plan of action and I went 2 times a week for about 6 weeks. Beth Little is amazing. She knows her job and performs it with skill and efficiency. I had a great experience with the Performance Therapy team in Madison. They work together like a Swiss watch. Jennifer Vaughn, PT, DPT did a great job evaluating my shoulder issue. She truly listened and asked questions to get right at the center of the problem. After Jennifer diagnosed my problem, she set me up with Beth Little, LPTA, who is absolutely masterful in treatment care. Beth would ask questions about how my shoulder was feeling and truly listen. She is also a great observer, watching my progress and seeing where I would need to tweak my technique. You can truly feel the pride and compassion Jennifer and Beth have in their work to help people recover. Jennifer and Beth are both not only great practitioners, they have a warm and inviting presence. Both are professional in their work and also make you feel at home. Their relaxed appearance goes back to their well working together. They work together communicating with each other and the patients that it feels like you are visiting friends. I also have to compliment the receptionist who is also friendly, inviting, and professional. From the moment I walk into the office the first day to the last visit it was like going to a friend’s home. Performance Therapy Madison has my highest recommendation.

In an honest and unbiased opinion, Professional Therapy Solutions is best physical therapy clinic in the Madison/Ridgeland/Gluckstat area for people of all ages. Bill Thomas and Austin do an especially great job with athletes both young and old. I was in PT for several months as a baseball player with a torn shoulder and i couldn’t feel any better coming back from surgery and into my next season. Everyone working in the clinic is very welcoming and determined to get you to 100% as quickly and safely as possible. 10/10 experience.

Great facility and therapists. One of the best when it comes to arm care. I have watched many young men come out stronger and faster over the years! Bill Thomas is a great guy all the way around !

I called last week to make an appointment in November when I will be in town for a month following surgery. I spoke with the lady that must handle the billing because I had a lot of questions regarding my Medicare and supplement. I was very impressed with her knowledge and recommendations.
