Whenever we are in the area visiting family, Petopia is always very accommodating for our two golden doodles to stay! Highly recommend them.

I used to bring my dog here for years, but after Katie left, that place has turned into a disaster. For one, you can never get anyone to answer the phone after numerous attempts. Second, the new staffing doesn’t seem to be very knowledgeable in the dog breeds they’re taking care of. They don’t seem to separate dogs very well either due to size or age. I have a 12 year old dog that enjoys daycare, but at this point in her life she doesn’t want to be constantly bothered by a bunch of hyper dogs all day long. It stressed her out. I have now been taking her to a different boarding facility in town for a few months now that DOES separate dogs and hasn’t complained about her once. Do better, Petopia.

Best grooming and daycare in Grand Forks! Use a lot of different people and when your dogs literally cry and pull you to the front door and are excited to see their groomer you know you’re at the right place!!! Sheila is the absolute best groomer in Grand Forks!

The staff is always so professional and nice. It’s nice to know that while I’m at work, my dog is playing and having fun. Yesterday when I picked him up three people were loving on him saying goodbye Blue. It’s comforting to know my dog is safe when I’m working. Thank you!

Petopia is such a wonderful place to send my Zoe for a day of socialization. They even have a menu for snacks ala-carte and they love the animals that come there. Can't say enough about the staff. They do what they love and it shows. Kristy G.

My two pups can't wait for their next visit. They both come back happy and exhausted. I truly feel they are well taken care of and loved. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The only reason I’m not leaving a 1 star review is because we’ve been going to Petopia for years and haven’t had issues until now. I picked up my dogs after they stayed at Petopia for a few nights. Once at home, I noticed my one dog bleeding from the snout. It appeared to be a bite from another dog. I called 3 times to ask about it and each time my call was ended. Eventually, I did get a call back. I was told my dog had rubbed her snout on the kennel until it started bleeding (which definitely is a possibility). I would just like to be informed of the injury and how it happened when I picked her up. Second, I noticed poop smeared in the backseat of my vehicle after letting my dogs out. I then noticed diarrhea all over my dog. I’m not asking for a full grooming but at least rinse her off so I’m not having to deal with cleaning her and my vehicle. Not sure if it’s an issue with incompetent staff or taking more dogs than staff is able to correctly care for. These things should have been noticed, communicated and fixed. Then on top of it, I shouldn’t have to call 3 times without an answer. This is the last time our dogs will be staying here.

We boarded our Newfoundland/St. Bernard and Golden Retriever here last week, and were so impressed with the care they received and the friendliness of the staff. We also added grooming for both dogs. They’re big, fluffy, and not the easiest to groom, but they came back looking AMAZING and feeling so soft. I highly recommend Petopia for both grooming and boarding. Martha and Ravioli will definitely be back.

Fantastic experience! This is an award winning establishment that I entrusted my furry baby with, when need of a Grand Forks Stop.
