This place is wonderful! Group therapy helped me tremendously! Shabricca is the BEST therapist there! Give her a raise asap!!! I have always been treated with the most respect during my visits! I would definitely recommend this place to others!

I've liked them so far. I've only had one appointment with a medication management doctor. She was very honest and direct with me which I very much appreciate. All of the staff was very nice as well.

This entire department is just wonderful. Everyone from the doctors to the nurses to the office team everyone treats you so well. I definitely recommend this department if you need it. They will help you out. If you can’t pay for it, they can find a way to get it paid for. Don’t deny going there if you feel like you would be embarrassed or you can’t afford it. They are there to help and they will help. They treat you like a human being.

My first visit went well but since it was only my first visit, I will have to provide updates from time to time. The only thing that I did not like is that I couldn’t get the care I needed when I first moved to Georgia. I had services that were halted due to my move. The appointment with the new PCP was far off and down here you can’t get an appointment without a referral. I chose a PPO insurance for the sole purpose of being able to see doctors without a referral. I even had to go to NYC just to get care while waiting. If not for that trip, I don’t know how I would have made it. Shoutout to Zucker Hillside outpatient for helping me not to deteriorate during this horrible transition period. I’m hopeful for the future moving forward. I may look tough but looks can be deceiving. There’s some mighty big shoes to fill in my care and it took a lot of time and effort to get to where I am today, so we’ll see. Staff is great so far but the referral system with a PPO can cause catastrophic consequences for people who are switching because of a move.

I had a good experience with Dr. J, really feel like the folks here care about people.

The “therapist” with the fire red hair I forgot her name, she was so unprofessional, I know more about her family and problems than she did mine, and when I would try to talk she would cut me off, seemed very uninterested in counseling me I was at my lowest and experiencing so much mental exhaustion and emotional turmoil I reached out for help because I didn’t know what else to do and she made me feel like I just needed to “pray” or “talk to God” and she expressed how exhausting it was listening to peoples problems I never went back to her I don’t even know how she got that job, I already didn’t care for living in that city but experiencing that was the icing on the cake she did not want to do her job and I thought I was safe as a BW and having another BW as my therapist I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT PLACE I did not like her energy at all!
