Pieces Behavioral Group

As a new member of PBG, I found the training process to be efficient and professional. With the quick and positive aid from the staff, I was able to become an RBT in no time and start my journey of giving back to the community.

The RBT training was clear, informative, and well-organized. It provided a strong foundation in Applied Behavior Analysis with practical examples. I feel confident and prepared to start my career as a Registered Behavior Technician.

PBG has been such an incredible blessing for my daughter! To see how far she has come within her first year is by far amazing. From being non-verbal, meltdowns,.. to being more communicative, a little more understanding, & less tantrums. They are doing a great job! Everyone there is friendly, supportive, & understanding. Sara M. was my daughter's first RBT & has worked with her a lot throughout my daughter's journey there. I can tell she puts love and effort into it all. Sweet, hardworking, & honest. She really tries to help my daughter & sometimes goes the extra mile for her. My daughter absolutely LOVES her. She is like family to us! Also, many thanks to all the RBT's who have worked with (or alongside) my daughter! Kudos to them for being able to do what they do! I hope they can see all that they have reaped --or continue to reap--in that they see the results of their work. Yusuf, Sarah, Rebecca, Ash, Selina, Ms. Angie, Jamal, Sahlim, Zahed, ...they all have been amazing & are always there for my daughter as well. Much appreciation also goes out to Mr. Dev, Ms. Farah, Ms. Rachel, Leslie, Hector, Andres who help make this vision possible--not only for my daughter but for many other children as well!! They hear their needs (as well as the parents) & are also there for support, advice, & encouragement.

Pieces Behavioral Group has been an absolute blessing for our family. Since starting services, my daughter has made amazing progress — and a huge part of that is thanks to her incredible RBT, Ms. Sara M. Ms. Sara has such a natural gift when it comes to working with children. She was patient, caring, and knew exactly how to support my daughter in a way that helped her grow. She made a real difference in helping with behavior, listening skills, and just building a strong, trusting connection. One of the things that touched me most was how excited my daughter was every morning to see Ms. Sara — and how hard it was to get her to leave in the afternoons! As a parent of a child with special needs, there’s no better feeling than knowing your child is truly happy, safe, and cared for. We’re so thankful for Ms. Sara and the entire team at Pieces Behavioral Group. They’ve had such a positive impact on our lives, and we’ll always be grateful for the love and support they’ve shown our daughter. Thank you!

The staff is really one of a kind. Escarlin is an awesome ABA, so great with kids! And Leslie is so personable and nice

My daughter has been in the group since she was 2 and a half and it was very difficult for me, but thanks to Mrs.Farah,Mrs. Angie, Sarah and Selena I can say that my daughter is completely out of diapers. Thank you for always taking care of her skin since she has eczema and needs a lot of hydration. They always take time out of their days to put on her creams, brush her teeth and teach her personal skills. Thank you Hector and to all the RBT who work for the love of their profession and are very attentive to every need of their students.

Andres at Pieces Behavioral Group has been amazing with my niece. He’s patient, caring, and really dedicated to her progress. We’ve seen real improvement in her communication and behavior since working with him. Grateful for the positive impact he’s made!

The staff at Pieces Behavioral group are phenomenal. They have did wonders with my son we have been with them for about 2-3 years . I wanna say that Andres is a phenomenal RBT very compassionate never back down from any challenge my kid may have given him. I must say Andres has become part of my family he is awesome . I know that my son is in good and caring hands for sure ‼️ 😊
