Extremely unprofessional. Receptionist doesn't know any information about anything including basic services. None of the other staff answer their phone or return phone calls. 0/10 customer service.

What a fabulous organization working in our community! Volunteered and toured the facilities today. The residents and caregivers were very nice, friendly and very willing to share their personal life experiences with IDD. Thank you for having us out today, very memorable experience! The pictures shown are a new program which offers the residents a chance to gain useful skills for integrating into the workforce. These items are for sale on their website and uniquely handcrafted by individuals with IDD.
