My boys went to Pinecone for 3 years. We really loved our experience there. Our BCBA, Christa, was amazing. She was wonderful with my boys. They walked in non-verbal, and now they can talk for days. We are grateful. She was great with communicating with me what they were working on with the boys and offered parent and grandparent training often. If we had to do it all over again, I’d send them to Pinecone in a heartbeat.
My son has come such a long way since starting with Pinecone. The clinic director, Christa is now an absolutely indispensable part of our lives. Our road would have been so much more difficult without her.
Honestly, I had my reservations of ABA at the beginning, but when the pandemic started it seemed to be the best fit for our family. I cannot say enough good things about Pinecone, from the very beginning they have always listened to my concerns and made me feel comfortable about our decision. My boys absolutely love going here, and they are thriving. Our lives have truly been forever changed by the support and care from the entire Pinecone team.
